NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A
PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
Yea Media Group / Tino Cochino Radio, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the
“Company”), will conduct the “TCR in Paradise” (the “Contest”) substantially as described in
these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
Description of Contest/Participation.
- DATES OF CONTEST: “TCR in Paradise” contest will run from January 27, 2025 –
February 7, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). - HOW TO ENTER: From January 27, 2025 – February 7, 2025, Follow @tinocochinoradio or
@tinocochino on Instagram. Like the pinned post and tag the person you would take on
vacation to a Sandals resort. - HOW TO WIN: The Tino Cochino Radio Show will select 3 entries randomly from all
correct entries and attempt to call them between 6am and 10am CT the following weekday. If
contacted, they will be declared the winner, pending verification and eligibility. If the
designated
caller is not available or not eligible, The Tino Cochino Radio Show / YEA Media Group reserve
the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole
discretion.
THE PRIZE - One (1) prize consisting of 4-day/3-night All-Inclusive Vacation for two (2) adults to
any one of the Sandals Resorts listed below, (recipient’s choice) (“Sandals Resorts
Accommodations”) PLUS round-trip coach airfare tickets for two (2) adults through
American Airlines to the destination (“Airfare”) (Sandals Accommodations and
Airfare collectively, the “Sandals Prize Package”).
1.1 Sandals Resorts include:

Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island – Montego Bay, Jamaica
Sandals Negril Beach Resort & Spa – Negril, Jamaica

Sandals Emerald Bay Golf, Tennis & Spa Resort – *Exuma, Bahamas

1.2 Average Retail Value Sandals Prize Package:
(i) Sandals Resorts Accommodations = US$2,994; and.
(ii) Airfare for two (2) adults= US$1,000 (capped at $400 per person).
Total Average Retail Value Sandals Prize Package = US$3,994.00
1.3 The Sandals Prize Package is subject to availability and certain blackout dates
including but not limited to all major US holidays.
- The Sandals Prize Package will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (the “Prize
Certificate”) outlining the terms and conditions of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package and
redemption procedures. - Sandals Resorts is an All-Inclusive romantic, adults-only resort destination exclusively
for couples only. The Sandals Prize Package recipient and travel companion must be 18
years of age or older. - The Sandals Prize Package must be redeemed for travel within one (1) year from the
Prize Certificate is issued (“Sandals Prize Package Redemption Period”) and is not
transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Sandals Prize
Package has expired. If the Sandals Prize Package is not redeemed, the Sandals Prize
Package will be forfeited. - The Sandals Prize Package includes:
(i) Luxurious accommodations: one (1) room double occupancy, king size bed in a
deluxe category room, all meals, unlimited premium brand liquors, daily &
nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities, including daily
scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public
areas, resort taxes, resort gratuities, and Sandals Resorts transfers to and from the
resort’s designated airport.
(ii) Flights: Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) adults valid to/from the nearest
major U.S. gateway of the prize winner to the selected or designated resort’s
airport. The tickets are valid for the Sandals Prize Package Redemption
Period (the “Redemption Period”). Flights will be on mutually approved dates.
Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, originating from
the same airport. Flights and airlines are subject to change and availability.
Restrictions and blackout dates are 14 days before and after any major U.S.
Holiday. - “Exclusions” – car rental, personal charges, incidentals, telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi,
Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island
transportation, SCUBA certification courses, room services, meals outside of the selected
and/or designated resort, island departure taxes, purchases made at the Sandals Specialty
or Gift Shops, baggage fees and customs duties are not included.
- The Sandals Prize Package must be redeemed for travel during the Sandals Prize
Package Redemption Period and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No
extension will be given after the Redemption Period has expired. If the Prize is not
redeemed, the Prize will be forfeited. - Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date.
- Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the Prize will be the Sandals Prize
Package recipient’s responsibility to pay. The Sandals Prize Package recipient will
receive from the station or its designee an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of
the Sandals Prize Package. - SUBSTITUTION OF RESORT. The accommodations portion of the Sandals Prize
Package is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Unique Travel Corp,
the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts (the “Sandals Prize Package Provider”)
and Sandals Resorts each reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from
the selected resort to an alternate resort within the resort’s chain and to change dates with
prior notice should circumstances so require or for any circumstance(s) beyond the
resort’s control. The terms and conditions agreed to by the prizewinner shall apply with
equal applicability to any resort which is the subject of substitution or deviation. Neither
Unique Travel Corp nor Sandals Resorts shall be liable for any claim made by the prize
winner whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason
of such substitution or deviation. - COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT ENTITIES. Unique Travel Corp, the
Sandals Prize Package Provider, its affiliates, and parent as well as Sandals Resorts
and/or Sandals Resorts related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all
orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by
persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a
breach of receipt of the Prize Package or any agreement entitling the prize winner to
assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund. - HEALTH & SAFETY: The health and safety of our guests is a priority. Sandals
Resorts reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and
procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable
law.. - CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ACCEPTANANCE OF THE SANDALS PRIZE
PACKAGE PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW
ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS
ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING
REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING
ANY CLAIM BROUGHT UNDER AS A RESULT OF THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST
AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST UNIQUE TRAVEL
CORP WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND
NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND
GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS
ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS. IF GUEST’S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL
PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW
PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AVAILABLE HERE https://www.sandals.com/terms-conditions/, THE
GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION
WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY
DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE
AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS
CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR
COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE
SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION
AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP.
– TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GUEST AGREES THAT THE PARTIES
REFERENCED IN FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS
OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE
THE SUBJECT OF ANY CLAIM BY GUEST CAN RECEIVE IMMEDIATE
JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
- Travel Safety Warning
(i) Due to the fact that travel and tourism are constantly in a state of flux,
prizewinner is advised to consult the U.S. State Department’s website at
<travel.gov> and enter the name of the country(ies) that they plan to visit for the
latest information concerning traveler safety, security, and health advisories.
(ii) All guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the
destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they
fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, some
destinations, may require guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative
PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre and post travel. All guests are
advised to visit the travel.gov website before travel and to check the official
Government website for the country they are visiting. Neither Unique Travel Corp
and/or Sandals Resorts shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred
for any required test or any other pre-travel requirements. - All decisions of the Company are final.
- The Company reserves the right to amend the rules at any time.
- The Company is not responsible for any lost, disconnected, dropped, misdirected or
incomplete telephone calls. Participants using equipment not set up for toll free phone
exchanges (800, 888, 877, 866, etc.) may experience call connection problems or delays. The
Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a
telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts
beyond the Company’s control, or otherwise. For all contests the Company disclaims all liability
for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier,
express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company is not responsible for
mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software
errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed
transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any
website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to
participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer
or telephone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information
necessary to participate in the Contest. - The re-sale or auction of the Show’s complimentary prizes will result in disqualification for all
future Show contests or promotions. - The Company is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering
or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize. - By participating in Contest and/or accepting a prize, each winner releases the Show, its
licensee, YEA Media Group, radio stations that air the Show, their respective parent, subsidiary,
and affiliated entities, agents, employees, officers, shareholders, suppliers and retailers and
their advertising, contest and production companies and agencies from any and all liability for
any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damage,
personal injury and/or death, arising out of playing the Contest or the acceptance, ownership or
use of prizes. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided
by the Company. - By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company
personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or
obtain winner status using fraudulent means (i.e. “inside information,” spamming, etc.) will be
disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is
prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims
or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning
such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error,
any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event
beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest,
or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. The
Company further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Contest if it is
not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized interventions or technical failures of any sort. All decisions will be made by the
Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. - The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue the contest at any time and/or to
extend the end date. If the contest is changed or discontinued, the Company assumes no
liability of any kind to any player who has participated in the contest. Any changes to the contest
rules will be announced on the Show and posted on the Show’s website at
www.tinocochinoradio.com within a reasonable time prior to taking effect. The Company
reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any
reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this
contest, you agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all
other rules imposed by Company management. If due to circumstances beyond the control of
Company, any event associated with this contest or the prize is delayed, rescheduled,
postponed or cancelled, Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify
the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
- These rules are in addition to, and complement, any rules said or posted that govern
contests on the Show. In the event of any discrepancy between these rules and the Company’s
General Contest Rules as posted or otherwise disseminated, these rules shall supersede. - The rules, rights or regulations set forth by the Show for its contests will apply to any Show
contest winner, including any winner of the “TCR in Paradise” contest, and they may be subject
to change without notice. The Tino Cochino Radio Show contest rules may be viewed on the
